Large Vintage 1933 Leather Doctor Medical Bag House Calls

Please view all of the pictures and I will describe this as best I can:
The number "33" is stamped in the bottom of this Old, Vintage Doctor's bag, So I assume it is from 1933
There is a personalized paper tag on the bottom as well
The leather is hard.  The inside seems stained.
If the right person is out there to refurb this bag, that would be amazing.  I think it is a great piece of history.
Although the metal clasps are rusty, it is functions and latches shut.
Roughly, it measures 18" long x 10" wide x 12" tall.
