Description

Here is a randomly polarized (dual orthogonal) HeNe laser head with matching power supply made for the orange line at 611.8 nm. This is a 4 mW minimum specification laser outputting ~3.5 mW after full warmup with a nice nearly TEM 00 beam profile. The specification is multi-mode but the beam divergence is only 1.01 mR so this indicates a high % TEM 00 spatial mode (but nott 100%). The orange line is the rarest of the visible to find and most also lase at least one other line. This laser has a very small amount of the second orange like at 605 nm, only a couple tenths of a mW but no extra charge! This is shown in the last picture using a direct vision prism. The previous owner removed the model number sticker but at Sam's laser FAQ we just sniff them and we know.  Orange laser! Did I mention orange? Rare to find. these.  Power meter and laser stand are not included, just the laser, power supply and a line cord. Thanks for looking!
