    Rocks & Minerals Merit Badge -
    Type C - Tan Narrow Crimped,  This badge type was issued for 9 years between 1938 - 1946.  This patch has a crimp that is turned inward as issued by BSA.  This merit badge replaced the Mining merit badge and began in 1937 with the tan, brown and white crystal on black background design.   In 1954 the merit badge became Geology with an entirely new design. Sewn condition!  Shipping & Handling are Free within USA!
